This was our third cruise with Celebrity and we were eagerly looking forward to our trip 'down under' visiting Australia and New Zealand from the UK.

Given the distance - we made plans to stay in Sydney for 4 days before we got on the ship and arranged for 2 days in Auckland before tackling the long journey home. Thanks goodness we did - as these are the good memories I will be taking back from this whole trip.

We've only ever cruised with Celebrity - so I have no measure of other cruise lines to compare with but our experiences on other Celebrity Ships ( Eclipse and Constellation) was certainly very different from what we got on Solstice from embarkation to disembarkation.

Cabin Review

AquaClass 1

Cabin A1

Standard Aqua Class ( midships) cabin - adequate but not outstanding.
