This was such a lovely ship. The captain and crew were so pleasant. Other guests were so nice to talk to. We met Europeans, Canadians and a lot of Minnesotans avoiding the snow. Actually, there were folks from other states too. ;-)
The staff was always attentive. Concierge Class provides some lovely benefits: welcome wine, canapés each day, a concierge to make reservations, a certain section of Cuvee for dinner and some other upscale amenities.
We also did 3 meals in specialty restaurants: twice in Tuscan Grille and once at Qsine. All three meals were phenomenal. We enjoyed Tuscan Grille so much, we went there twice.
The cabin was great; perfect for two. It was always spotlessly clean. It's a quiet setting. The balcony with deck chairs and a table were perfect for morning coffee and afternoon reading. We never tired of the view.
We rode through St. Maarten then hiked to see some sights. None of us knew about the hike. Some folks couldn't do it.
We walked independently. From the ship, we went to a small Franciscan Church and then to the two forts. There is a free trolley between the forts. We then walked down to the Cathedral and subsequently back to the ship. It was enjoyable to walk the streets and see and meet people.
