My wife and I booked this cruise so we could see more of the Hawaiian islands. The booking and our call to NCL went very well and we felt comfortable with the whole process.

The onboarding process went very well and we were promised our stateroom would be ready at 2:30 or 3. We did not get access to it until 4. Next. They told us our bags would be in the room when we booked the cruise. They were not. They left all the bags out in the hall and we had to dig through other bags to get ours.

The crew on the ship would enter our room without permission to give us the schedule for the next day when the could have just used the slot on the door. We felt like that was a breach of privacy.

The cabin was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have some privacy!
