We have been on MSC cruises about 5 times already.Most recently on January 2017.We've noticed a clear drop in standards and cutting of corners.
Embarkation and disembarkation was smooth.
The housekeeping and restaurant staff were excellent as usual. Special mention to Luke, the server on pooldeck.Always service with a smile. This where the compliments end.

The housekeeping guy was excellent. A big thank you to him. Only problem we had, was with aircon.Only 2 options,either very cold or off, with no temperature control inbetween.
