Overall we enjoyed ourselves, but found the Allure to be a better ship. Food was good, however, it was served lukewarm in the main dining room. Fine dining was very good - we went to 150, chops, Izumu and Jaimies Service was ok -- they don;t quite seem to have their act together and were told wrong things on several occasions. I was surprised at how disorganized they still are ... you would have thought that this was their maiden cruise. They did comp us for their mistakes which was a plus. Grease and the aqua show were great. Their comedian was horrible, horrible, horrible. The ice show was sub par. 2 of the 3 ports (western Caribbean) were dismal - Laberdee which is owned by them and Falmouth Jamaica. Cozumel (the 5th time we been there) was good as usual. Cabin was very nice.

This is my 6th cruise on Royal. I will continue to sail them but not sure I will go back on the Harmony
