We enjoyed our first cruise on the Jade. The crew was great and the concierge was the best I have ever encountered. He made 3 visits to the suite and greeted us daily. His name was O'mar.

Specialty dinners in Cagneys were good. I wish they would have had more fish options but steaks were great. We ate breakfast here almost everyday. We enjoyed a meal in LaCucina and Tepanyaki. The show for Tepanyaki was great with Eric as our cook. We ate one time in a main dining room and the food was fine.

Having a reserved seating area for the shows with the suite was great and we enjoyed all entertainment. We did not have any wait time and could just walk in and have good seats in a balcony area just for the suites.

Cabin Review

Penthouse with Large Balcony

Cabin SE

The suite was the front of the ship with a large balcony. The suite is a Long walk from elevators but very quiet and little surrounding or above noise. Great room, layout and closet space. Balcony was extremely large with three lounges and a coffee table. Balcony was not usable except to/from port at slow speeds and in port. Wind was too strong to use when ship was at sea. The door is not a slider window but two doors-one inside with a easy turn handle and the other is a heavy locking door that is difficult to open/close due to its weight.

Deck was washed down from above so lounges were always wet!!
