We had never been on this cruise line and were looking for a 7 day cruise. What we encountered was a vessel with 4500 customers and long lines. This vessel is hurting the company brand. Extremely poor communications with the customer and up charges everywhere . Dinning in the restaurants that came with our package had up charges when this should have been comp. We were charged a up charge for wine when we had the drink package and it took 4 days to correct with daily complaining. We had a balcony room and it was the smallest room we have ever had. The beds were at least 6 inches to small causing poor sleep issues every night. Communions on board were poor at best.
1. On boarding was fair but when you got on board you were not given instruction on were to go or when you could go to your stateroom.
2. We never got to meet our cabin Stewart.
