Wanted to see South America and enjoy life aboard the Zaandam. Trouble first started at the Casino where I was supposed to get $75 of free play. It took 3 days and a lot of fighting with the casino manager to get the money. Next was the casino manager promised a free drink when playing but was nowhere around to give one. Next the Lido food court was in disarray. The server had past me up in line twice before I complained that I was next to be served. After receiving the food. It was cold. The food seemed cold or luke warm everyday because the meat would be sitting out before serving time. The shore excursions where very expensive. The only thing that was good in my opinion was the deserts. These the could not recycle like the main vegetables. I believe if you pay for the food and service it should at least be satisfying.
