Overall, the experience on the ship was great! The location that it came from and the ports that it visited is why we did this cruise. The disembarking wasn't organized enough as we ended up waiting in line as we expediated early but elevators were jammed and they accepted the following people who had later times. This was probably the only major problem we experienced on the cruise. So we ended up leaving much later than we intended to.

The entertainment was wonderful. The food was great and also the ship itself was super. Alot of people didn't like the fact that the casino wasn't smoke free. The service was great and prompt. All the staff were friendly and treated us well. I have been on 3 prior cruises on Holland America with the first being in 1981 and enjoyed myself immensely. I would recommend the boat to others especially if they are seniors. lol
