My friends and I wanted to try a "BIG" ship experience. We seemed to spend a lot of time "waiting", waiting for elevators and/or searching for somewhere to relax on days at sea. Elevators were slow arriving and seemed to be full most of the time and deck chairs were impossible to find after 8 in the morning and although signs were posted about not saving chairs I never saw rules enforced. The crew members we came in contact with met RC's high standards for appearance and friendliness.
My friends and I found that most of the shore excursions were satisfactory, but my wife had a problem with the Nocturnal Zip line in Puerto Rico finding it much more strenuous than advertised.
The dining experience in the main dining room was very good. Service was good once the waiter and our table got used to each other. The food was very good for the most part with an occasional unsatisfactory dish (few and far between). Chops Grill food and service were excellent. It seemed to be a good time of year to cruise as there were fewer children on board.
Was disappointed in overall suite experience. Paid the extra service fee (read gratuity) but was excluded from several suite extras (theater seating, lounge admittance)
The room itself was satisfactory. My wife loved the bathtub.
Constant problem with people trying to sell us stuff
