It was the superbowl cruise of the western caribbean. The first time 18 of us went. First time on the carnival magic for most of us. Dining was super disappointing. The food was wonderful but the service was horrible. Half our table (9) did not get their drinks or got the wrong drinks. Waited too long to receive appetizers and dinner and dessert. Could not understand our waiter--hard for him to speak clear english. The was the worst service i experienced on a cruise. It got a little better by the last day but very well understaffed. Also liked my balcony room with 3 of us was good.

Disembarking from the ship---also disorganized. People that had to leave early with suitcases in hand, were held in a room with people everywhere and impassable aisles. Unorganized with only one person! Very poor customer care. Very understaffed!

Rooms were clean and well done in my area---not so much in others i heard.

Most beautiful day at the Beach! Just jump on the ski lift over to Mahogany Beach and enjoy a piece of paradise.
