Sail Date: Jan 2017

This was our first cruise with RCI,due to the fact that Celebrity has for the most part chartered off its ships for many of the Puerto Rico embarkations. We have sailed the Southern Caribbean itinerary before and truly enjoy it. We greatly enjoyed the itinerary this time round itself. On the positive side of this trip we had a very nice aft cabin. Our stateroom attendant was excellent as well as our MDR servers. The ship itself is truly lacking to the Celebrity Summit a ship comparable in size. No true spa nor spa cuisine,no grill station. No thassolotherapy pool and no crepe restaurant. The centrum space is too tight and not very functional. The safari room and schooner bars are nice spaces but dead end so leaving bad traffic patterns such as crowding in passageways and public bathrooms.

The ship especially in outside areas looked tired and hallways were quite dinged from luggage.I felt the outside part of the Windjammer showed rust and age.

We had an issue with dining seating due to error due to RCI,they made a mistake with room numbers, that can be forgiven however a visit to guest relations was negative and frustrating.
