I have always wanted to go to Hawaii on a cruise so we picked the Grand Princess out of San Francisco. I only travel Princess cruises.The Grand is not Grand any more it needs a lot of repairs. The chairs in the pizza place they need cushions on the bottom of the chairs for noise. It is really noisy when people get up to leave or sit down.

I would like to see someone go around the ship with soap and water and wash some of the railings on Deck 7

I had lost luggage the service desk people were wonderful. Yamileth and her boss tried really hard to locate my luggage. The luggage was found in San Francisco, sent to Hilo where they picked it up and brought it to my cabin. A big Thank You. In the mean time I bought some clothes for the cruise. Juliana in the Calypso who helped was wonderful.I could not wear my swim suit for Forma Night, ha,ha,ha.The lady in the Meridian was a big help to. Read more
