The boarding process took us about an hour once we parked our car. A good tip is to arrive at 10:30 a.m. and drop your bags with the bag drop folks. You have to wait about an hour until they allow you to park your vehicle. Once you park, you should be on board within an hour if you have an early boarding time (we had 11:30-12:00).
The ship was better than we expected. The dry dock from a month before had given the ship a great makeover! Guy's burger joint and the Blue Iguana Cantina were great. The burgers were the best we have had on a ship and the tilapia fish tacos were fantastic!
The restaurant was great. On the 5 day cruise, they had Prime Rib twice! The portions were smaller than usual, however, you can order as much as you want to so that wasn't an issue at all for us. The Chocolate Melting cake was also awesome along with the pie's every night.
The cabin was nice but a little cramped for us and our two kids with the bunk beds. The room was clean and the shower was not bad at all. There isn't a heater in the stateroom but you can turn off the AC if you need to in order to warm things up some.
Took a $4 taxi per person to Cabbage beach and was amazing!
