I'd like to recognize certain staff members on Freedom by name.  INygomi, our stateroom attendant was friendly and very accommodating to my mother's needs for like, 14 pillows (I swear he worked 24/7 he was ALWAYS there!). The servers in Issac's dining room Alan, and Archana, who were so friendly and attentive and happy, not to mention hard workers. I'd also like to make sure to recognize the wonderful and perfect service we got at Chops from servers Michelene and Luz these two ladies were professional, and genuine. You just can't starve on this ship, they feed you until you explode, and then ask why you're not eating more.

I'd also love to mention your entertainment staff member "Marky Mark" for his energy that was endless, his true aura of happiness and excitement, and his excellent beat box skillzz.  The bartenders at Olive or Twist were amazing and knew my order before I even sat down (Guinness girl here.) The deluxe beverage package was def required for me.

We took a shore excursion to the Tulum ruins and 5th avenue with GABRIEL in Cozumel (through Royal Caribbean.)  I need to make sure I talk about how wonderful and passionate this man is for his job.  He was so genuinely interested in the ruins, and made sure everything went smoothly.  He was literally running at certain points to make sure everything ran on time and we were not inconvenienced in any way.  This man is a gem! I can't say enough positive things about him! We felt so lucky to have met him.
