The time of year, duration, and destinations of this cruise was just right for both couples going on this cruise. I have always cruised with Carnival in the past, and probably will do so again (good times to be had by all) and have always totally enjoyed those experiences; thus Princess, being in the same corporate family as Carnival, has been on my radar for a long time.

The entertainment on this cruise was outstanding - over the top - excellent; and I'm referring to the live shows to be more specific. Dancing, singing, props, and music - totally amazing; and the fact that they did all of those amazing super professional performances at sea - in motion - was astounding.

My opinion - if you go on a Princess Cruise go for the shows; or the food. Actually - referring to the awesome comestible presentations during our evening meal as mere "food" is an injustice. Our group of four (hard working retired middle class fun loving drunks) preferred the late scheduled seating - 'cause we're recently retired semi-old folks and prefer to be doted on a bit and enjoy meeting and talking and having fun - and we did all that - and there you have it! Good Times!
