We had a good time and enjoyed the itinerary. However, we were disappointed compared to our vacation on this ship last year.

My Time dining changes and making all the restaurants have the same menu was not a positive in our opinion. The My Time Dining has lots of kinks in it. We had to wait up to 30 mins every night to get seated even with our reservations. They were mixing people who had reservations with those who just showed up without a reservation. That is ok if the lines would move quickly. What shocked us is when we were seated there were so many empty tables around us we could not figure out why there was such a long wait. We did not see anyone cleaning tables. The women at the podiums kept getting on the walkie talkie system asking for tables but for some reason the response they received was nothing. I felt bad for those crew members because we saw so many people yelling at them when it was not their fault.

3 nights when we were eating in Silk we were surrounded with staff cleaning utensils, glasses and coffee mugs on the larger tables. It was distracting visually and the clinging sounds would interrupt our conversation.
