The best part of the cruise was our 11 yo daughter had a blast in the tween area ("The Edge"). The rest of it was good, but not great. It was Disney, so of course it was very sanitized and controlled which was mostly a good thing; everything was safe, comfortable, and family-friendly, if not exactly thrilling. The food was good but not great, my wife enjoyed the shows but I thought they were only so-so, the adult entertainment was okay at best. The "parties" were pretty lame. If you have smaller kids they would probably love the characters and the shows. The stopover on Castaway Cay was pretty good, and being a Disney island it too was very safe, comfortable, and enjoyable. The service was, of course, excellent and the ship was spotlessly clean, the staterooms surprisingly roomy and comfortable, and everything ran very efficiently and predictably. It's really hard to find something to complain about, but on the other hand it was just not quite that exquisite experience either. This was my first cruise so maybe I was just expecting too much. Overall I'd say it was a 70th percentile experience with an 90th percentile price.

Cabin Review

Standard Inside Stateroom

Cabin 11A

Since this is my first cruise, I'm by no means an expert, but I found the cabin to be surprisingly spacious and comfortable. It did not feel cramped at all, we had plenty of space and it was very clean and well-appointed.
