We could not believe it was the same ship which we sailed 4 years ago. Service was so horrible now. Extremely rude, careless and uninterested staff on the cruise treating everyone like piece of meat. Food was horrible. So many times we had the same items on formal dinner menu which were left over from lunch buffet in Windjammer. Food quality degraded to worst imaginable level. Whole ship stinks like toilet ever since they started recycling the toilet and shower water on-board. They don't clean public bathrooms very often. They are filthy with human waste many times. It was just a very dirty cruise with rude staff and horrible food. Then on the top of it they want you to spend money everywhere on the cruise. Photographers everywhere who literally almost harassing and yelling at people. Shows have nothing special anymore. It seems apparent the company focus is not on this ship anymore. Very disappointed !!!
