I have cruised about 4 times now. This ship along with her sister Majesty should be retired.. or it should be stated that it is a very basic cruise ship. Once you've toured the ship (about 30 mins bow to stern) you're done. There is nothing to do. No discos, no night clubs, ONE theater with awful shows. The casino was smaller than I have ever seen, however it wasn't very busy. I guess the patrons on this ship didn't have the extra money to spend. The food was not very good either, windjammer breakfast was cold and eggs were runny. We tried room service for the first morning, it was late and cold. If I sail again with Royal, it will be in the higher class ships not with the walmart crowd.
The main dining staff, Remy, was great. The embarkation was always on time and the guest services folks were always attentive. I did not complain on the ship, but If I could have flown home from nassau - I would have. This ship is very outdated.
The cabin was ok. This ship should be retired.
straw market is a joke.
