We just returned from our 7 night cruise to Cozumel, Grand Cayman and Falmouth, Jamaica, yesterday. Our 8th floor balcony room was perfect. We were close to the aft elevators, which is important since the elevators are very busy. Our state room attendant, Rafael, was very helpful when the ship misplaced my luggage on the first night. I was getting very upset and nervous, but my luggage was located on another deck around 8pm. Your luggage is not traceable, only the tags you attach. This is one area where I definitely feel Royal Caribbean could improve upon. They inform you to wait until 9pm for all luggage to be delivered and they repeatedly tell you that they handle over 6000 pieces of luggage, but for a woman, leaving on a 7 night cruise, having your clothing and makeup is paramount for any enjoyment to be had, especially since the shopping on-board is sub-par.

The food in the main dining room was mixed. Some good and some not so good. But, the Windjammer is better than ever. So many options and so large that we easily found a table. We loved the hot tubs in the Solarium and spent the majority of our time there. The pool band, L'Elements, was very good and we enjoyed listening from deck 12. My 64 year old husband tried out the Flow Rider and even climbed the Rock Wall twice.

The ship is clean and the crew and servers are phenomenal. The smiles are everywhere! There is entertainment every night. It was all very enjoyable with the Ice Dancing show and the musical, Saturday Night Fever, better than anything I have seen at the Hobby Center in Houston.
