We cruise 4 times a year. This was the worst cruise ever. Long lines, unacceptable wait times for elevators, poor cabin lighting, recepticles under shelves that you had to sit on the floor to plug anything in, mediocre food that was always cold at breakfast, no lounges available at pool, could not even get in the hot tubs, out island buffet had 45 people ahead of me standing in the hot sun with 1 line for over 4,000 people and our son was turned away from dining room for shorts when many people were wearing them.. He probably had on $800 plus designer clothing. So much for free style. First vacation ever that we couldn't wait to get home. OH, almost forgot the nightmare of embarkation. Sat on shuttle for over 1/2 hour than in line with no drinks or bathrooms for over 2 hours to even get into terminal. Shame on Norwegian. We are platinum members and BIG ships are not for us. I do not want to make reservations for the entire week on day one. It is vacation after all. The only nice thing I can say was the staff was excellant.
