Embarkation in Fort Lauderdale was very smooth and we were on the ship before noon for a 4:30 sailing. Room 1567, Aquaclass, easy acccess to solarium, spa and pool deck. Blu is great however it is becoming more popular and often quite busy. 3rd time on this ship and few things have changed. 1 stateroom attendant instead of 2 but we didn't see a drop in service. Water is only in room on first day but you can get water with your drink package. Crew was great as always. Special shout out to Linda, VIno and Lino in Blu, Georgiana, Kai and Felipe in Ensemble and Guerimo in Mast Bar, excellent trip.

Labadee, Haiti is private island owned by the cruise lines, crew take off all food and beverage, lots of work for them but great for guests. Fabulous beach day. Next port was Falmouth, Jamaica and the port is nice and it is clear that they have spent money there, but once outside the gates, very poor country. We did an independent walking food tour which was quite good but more about history of the town (home of Usain Bolt). Do an excursion or stay on ship at this port. Spicy Nice had great Jamaican Patties served in this fabulous bread. Georgetown, Grand Cayman is a tender port and we just walked around port and picked up some Tortuga Rum cake, which you can pick up in a lot of other places as well.

In Cozumel we did the Food tour with chef from ship and then a private dinner in Tuscan Grill, interesting and something we would do again.

Cabin Review

AquaClass 1

Cabin A1

Great cabin, very large overhang so you don't get any sun on balcony, but no rain either.

Vishal our attendant did a great job and no longer has a helper.
