We enjoy cruising each year and have done so for 15 years plus. We have found though that the WOW factor slips a bit more each time.

They are slipping in more and more charges for things that used to be included. No longer can you get a cappuccino with supper. If you want a nice steak at dinner, they now have a selection that you pay extra for in the main dining room! Dinner selections were good, but not fantastic. Standard fare, with lobster being offered on the first gala night. Because this cruise was port intensive with only one sea day, the Dining room was not open at lunch. Sea day brunch was okay, but not as great as I remember it two years ago.

There is no welcome back/meet the captain party any more. There is a coupon left in your room if you are at gold level or higher, and it is only useable the LAST night after 5pm
