Cabin: Family Panoramic Oceanview Stateroom

My sisters and I always cruise in January with Royal Caribbean. Had not been on the Freedom class of ships so we wanted to experience a larger ship. We had cabin 1804 which is a panoramic family oceanview room. It is a great room with 6 floor to ceiling windows. Two beds in one area and bunk beds in another room. Granted the room with bunk beds is small (only has room for beds and a small closet) it is fine for sleeping. The living area has a couch and 2 chairs. It has 1 full bath with a shower and another 1/2 bath. This is greatly appreciated with 4 ladies getting ready at once. We also utilized the fitness room showers, which is just 1 floor below.

Our room steward was accommodating and got us everything we asked for, however, on day 2 while looking for an item on a shelf above the closet, we found a child's pair of pants and underwear that were urine soaked. All the clothes on top now smelled of urine. Royal Caribbean stepped up and had the clothes laundered at no charge and gave us a discount on our next cruise.

Went to the diamond lounge on the first night and found it quite crowded. The outdoor area was not open and they have no plans of opening it. I guess it will be something else. There were not enough places to sit. It did get better though when we went on other evenings.

Great cabin for multiple people. Lots of space and 2 bathrooms are wonderful.
