This was our first time on Royal Caribbean so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. In the I have been on Carnival, Holland American, and Disney. My overall impression is positive: we had a good time and enjoyed the ship. Our cabin (the cheaper verandah) was the typical size for a room with a balcony. It was clean and we had no issues with outside noise throughout the trip. The top decks of the ship were great to walk around at night time. They have a "jogging track" that we walked around on while others were watching a movie on the large screen by the pool.

Minor complaint: Embarkation for the regular line was LONG. It took us at least an hour to go through the line. There was also a long line to get off the ship and onto the tender to go to Coco Cay. We waited probably about 30 minutes during the very end of peak time.

Perhaps my only notable complaint is that the food in the main dining room was average and slow. For a table for two it took over 1.5 hours to get through all the food because we took a LONG time waiting for everything. The taste of the food was OK, but nothing impressive. The staff was friendly and did their best to help out. I have a food allergy and I was disappointed at the lack of options for dessert even though I had told them MONTHS ago that I had this allergy. It was pretty much jello for me each night. Additionally, they did not serve a lot of food at dinner. We got in the routine of eating in the dining room and then an hour later going up to the buffet (Windjammer Cafe?) and having a second dinner. The food at dinner in the buffet was actually really good and we started looking forward to that more than the dining room.
