My friend booked this cruise to celebrate my 50th birthday and it was fantastic! The ship was nice, our interior rooms larger than expected and very clean and comfortable. The food from the buffet was only so-so but very good in the sit down restaurants. I loved the variety offered by the ever changing menus, and tried many new things. We came to like one service team in particular, and requested to sit in their area...Charlie, Eduardo and Andrii provided excellent, attentive and friendly service for every dinner we had. All the dining service staff worked unbelieveably hard, and in addition to that, provided a short song and dance routine as well.

The shows in the Encore were mostly good. The Fun Team was entertaining; Jace was funny and seemed very competent as Cruise Director. The break dancers were awesome; I would have liked to have seen more of them. Loved Frequency! Only saw the Comedy show one night, but loved it.

The excursions we booked were well planned and fun. I would love more time in each port, but understand there is only so much time! Jamaica's Rose Manor, The Cayman Turtle Centre in Cayman Islands, and the Twister to Isla Pasion were all worth the time and money.
