Both embarkation and disembarkation were problem free and fast. Having sailed the Eurodam on a Baltic cruise in 2013 they changed some areas of the ship during a recent refurbishment. Specifically, the billboard bar with dueling pianos and singers is an excellent improvement along with the Gallery bar. The 2 singers were terrific and very personable. I wish I could say the same for Lincoln Center, formally the Explorer lounge which is now a dull drab grey room with theater style row seating. Not a welcoming room.
Our cabin 5131 was very much in need of a refresh as it looked old and tired, had stained carpets, worn drapes and very poor lighting. The only welcoming change was the TV with a very good selection of programing. The cabin attendants were very nice and did a good job of keeping it clean.
The dinning room food was average while the Pinnacle Grill dinner was really poor especially since they fancy themselves as a steak and seafood restaurant. My wife had the Porterhouse that was 80% fat (maybe more) and thin and should never been served. I had the 10oz filet cooked to my liking but was cold. We were offered a complimentary lunch which we refused. The Tamarin was very good. Surprisingly the Market Lido food was also good with most stations now having a server reducing the possibility of spreading germs. Service on the aft deck however was poor.

Outside the cruise port is dirty, run down and nothing to see.
Took tour to luxury hotel which was just OK
Very nice beach and well run port.
