I was a little, but not too concerned after reading some of the reviews for this ship. It seems that people with a negative experience write reviews more often, and also I think some people expect perfection. Given that, here is my review of the Vista.

This is a beautiful ship and I think Carnival did a great job, with a few exceptions. We did try a lot of the things on the ship, but were unable to do everything.

Embarkation: It took awhile to get on the ship (little over an hour), but given how long the lines were I was impressed with how quickly they kept things moving. We arrived at the port later than normal b/c of a shuttle issue at our hotel, so I knew it would be very crowded when we got there but they kept us moving. Read more
