Siblings cruise once a year. Drove to Miami and arrived later than we expected. This was a plus since check-in line wasn't too long. Went right up to the buffet and had a tasty lunch. Yes, it was crowded, but we got a table easily. Not as many roaming staff as I'm used to to get a glass of wine, but the bar was close enough to go out and get one.

Rooms were ready, luggage at the door. I had read Cruise Critic and knew about putting the room key in the slot to turn the electricity on, but our other sibs thought they had no electricity in their room. Had to show them. Also, hard to remember to take the key out of slot each time you leave...Should be 'big colorful notice' as you enter/exit. I also expected a small balcony room, but this was ridiculous....my feet barely fit between the bed and closet, between the two beds, and between the couch and my side of the bed. Bath is a good size with soaps and shampoo mounted on the wall. No wall outlet in the bath, wastebasket inside door under vanity..didn't find it right away :o)

Our room steward tried his best, but he wasn't consistent and really couldn't understand us.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony Stateroom

TINY....minimal counter/shelf space. Mirror mounted too high to be used as a vanity mirror. Should have small chair to slide under. One stool used for sitting/table/ottoman .....used for room service tray.....no place to set down coffee cups or plates. Table between beds was so narrow....maybe 8".. no glass of water, or eye glasses could be left on it overnight. Pillows swept everything off.
