14 days from NYC to a warm climate in January. Past Breakaway experiences have been worse than on Jewel or Gem. Hoped they would have been improved.
Embarkation was disappointing. We were directed a priority embarkation station. But the person doing check disappeared and was not replaced for 20 minutes. Long, long lines.
Insufficient seating in preboarding area for disabled passengers. So many standing with canes who were uncomfortable doing so. Once on ship fine.
