We traveled with a large group and had never been on a super sized ship. We were disappointed with the quality of the food, the limited selection in the main dining room and the Windjammer. The service was not the best with the exception of the server of the evening meal. Our room safe was broken on our arrival and it tood three requests to get it serviced. At breakfast in the main dining room, on several mornings, we never received the juice we requested. On two occasions we never got all the food we ordered. (salad was never delivered). Morning room service was very efficient. We had dinner at the Chops Grill and the food was not as expected in a special restaurant. My husband's steak was full of grissel. The ship had the appearance of being "tired." The chair in our stateroom had a tear in the bottom liner and the carpet needed a shampoo. Every ladies restroom had a sign requesting that we open the door to exit using a paper towel but there was no place near the door to deposit the paper towel after you opened the door.
