There are a lot of negative comments about Vision so we were interested to experience it for ourselves. We have cruised with RC before on a similar sized vessel (Splendour) so we were familiar with the modus operandi. Last time we were a little disappointed with the service levels and lack of attention to detail but had no real issues this time. We thought the availability of food in the restaurants was good, the cleanliness was good and service generally good apart from one or two occasions. We were slightly disappointed with one or two occasions in the main dining room at night particularly on one occasion where we were seated but waited for service for quite some time and then received patchy attention throughout our meal. The meal was lukewarm and when I asked for blue cheese for dessert we were advised there wasn't any despite the fact we had seen an extremely large portion delivered to another table on request the previous night. I assume the waiter couldn't be bothered.

Drinks service good (deluxe package) and we ate in the speciality restaurants 3 times at a reasonable upgrade and good food/service.

We were allocated our room (inside) when we booked but no complaints. Very comfortable and a lot of storage. We did make the mistake of drinking the water in our room at an extra mini bar charge despite having the package but although we had seen another couple refunded for this we were denied and the policy seemed unclear.
