Cabin: Seven Seas Suite

Service not what it should be and food often over-cooked but the cabins were the big issue. Some big closets, some giant suites with tiny closets. Brown water in tub, shower handles that fall off. Shower doors that shatter. Pieces of the wall that fall off. Rude, incompetent fitness center people, shore excursions issues, lousy house wines, whistling doorways. Quite a shock for $34,000.

Cannot make good caps. Fish cooked with beef for lunch so tasted beefy. Overdone protein often. Optional wines priced high versus competitors given that wines are included. Some snarky employees. They lied and said crew was best of the best on this new ship and many were on their first cruise.

Cannot order room service from the restaurants, even in a Seven Seas Suite. Have to order from a crappy 1 page menu. Their cheaper sister, Oceania allows ordering from any restart at this level.

Cabin Review

Seven Seas Suite

See review above, many problems even after 6-months. A team of engineers and carpenters are on each cruise trying to fix them. Low ceilings and light fixtures too. I shattered one with my head. Cannot make a decent cappuchino. Much unusable space and deck. No dining table on 260 sq foot deck.. Duct taped all the time to eliminate loud whistling in the wind.

Port Reviews

Cabo San Lucas

Was great...non-Regent. Saw city, tequila tasting, harbor cruise, just the two of us. All the $34
