We did this cruise as a back to back with the preceding Caribbean 11 night, for a total of 20 nights. The price was good and there were some ports we had not been to so we chose to try going out of Baltimore in the winter.

I should qualify this review by saying we are Elite Plus on Celebrity, so we couldn't help but judge this cruise somewhat by Celebrity standards (it failed). That may not be fair, but there you are.

The turnaround embarkation went fine and we were back on the ship very quickly. The ship did provide a special lunch for the B2Bers in the MDR, which was nice.

Cabin Review

Large Ocean View Stateroom

Cabin H

Much larger than an inside, Nice window. Larger shower. You have to request ice and extra glasses. No umbrella or tote bag. Had to ask for more hangers. Our suitcases did not fit under the very low bed, so we had to put one next to the chair (note it's a chair, not a loveseat) and one in the closet.

Port Reviews

Baltimore

Wet, windy, cold. Not the best place to sale from in January.

Charleston

We took a self-guided walk through the historic district and toured some houses. Lovely city. Will go back.

Miami

We had been here before and sailed out of here many times so it was nothing new. We rode around on the free trolley for a while and went back to the ship.

Nassau

Had been here before. We did a self-guided tour with a couple of friends, Met a local solicitor (attorney) who gave us some history of the court buildings and common law, showed us his robe and was most welcoming. We also walked up to Graycliff and toured the grounds. Very historic and lovely.

Did some shopping but the prices here are higher than other ports.
