Chose this cruise as we wanted to go out of Port Canaveral and had not been on Norwegian before. This is a large ship and was at capacity with 4100 passengers. There never seemed to be a place that was not teeming with people. The service was average in the dining rooms and the food was just ok. Items on the breakfast buffet , that should have been hot ( like bacon and eggs), were barely warm. They were rigid about when you could access items on the lunch buffet on the pool deck. So, burgers and fries that were hot and ready could not be had until the cook said so - and by then the food was lukewarm at best. Our cabin was cramped and had no separate bathroom. There was a decent array of entertainment but if you hadn't sailed with Norwegian before, you would not know that reservations had to be made for everything. We paid for a show in December only to find out once on board the show we paid for was not available. We were refunded but would have preferred to see the show. We also found that staff was not as friendly as on other ships ans other cruises we had taken. There were also some communication failures - like we were not provided with information on disembarkation and had to go looking for it. We were told-oops, oversight. It is not at all likely we will sail with Norwegian again.
