Wanted to experience Cape Horn, see the glaciers in Chile, visit the end of the world as well as the cosmopolitan cities of Buenos Aires, Valparaiso and Santiago. All the above met my expectations and more. The ship itself was very nice. The cruise director was very entertaining in both English and Spanish. He was also quite amusing in his effort to speak French.
The onboard enrichment lectures were very good although the times scheduled for them could have been better. Some of the passengers were quite rude, however that is not the fault of Celebrity.
The food in the main dining room was very good and we could not have had better service. The Maitre D went out of his way for those at our table who had special dietary requirements and was always there for them.
Cabin was basic but perfect for us. Room was very nice and kept spotless.
Great city to get lost in
Punta Arenas was a good walkable port that we did on our own
