This was our seventh cruise, but our first of Celebrity. All previous cruises have been on RCI. This was also the first time to cruise for more than 7 days, now that both of us are retired. Overall, it was a wonderful cruise. We were blessed with great weather on a beautiful ship.

Equinox is a beauty, well kept and clean. We were impressed with the public areas and with the overall friendly service. We had a balcony room on Deck 7 that was very nice. Our room attendant, Aron, was exceptional.

This was definitely a cruise for an older crowd. At 68 years old, I felt like one of the youngest on the ship! Out of nearly 3000 passengers, I'd guess there were maybe 20 children on board. We were expecting this, but not this extreme. The entertainment and activities seemed to cater to this crowd, so not too exciting. But we were mainly interested in the itinerary and that did not disappoint. We experienced several great shore excursions and can now scratch the Panama Canal off of the bucket list.

Deluxe Veranda 1A

Typical, but bathroom and shower were larger than we're used to.
