Chose this cruise due the need for something to look forward to after working over Christmas. This was probably the cruise with the oldest average age that have been on -so they chose to put on "Petes Dragon" as the movie on a Sea Day - madness when there could have only been about 10 children on the entire boat that were of an age to watch this.
The stateroom was tired - drawers coming apart, furnishings appeared average. Evening service -no chocolate on pillow - the first cruise out of three others that has not done this. We ended up telling the attendant not to bother to come into the room of an evening as all she did was take off the foot cover.
Entertainment was Ok if you had lots of money to spend at auction or in the Casino. Evening entertainment was boring and geared for the over 70's. Movies under the Stars - started at 6.30pm - great - but most of the films were 2 hours plus long - leaving you 30 mins to eat in the main dining room or Windjammer - we ended up missing the end of two films as we needed to eat.
