We took this cruise with our teenage and early 20s kids and extended family members. I was concerned after reading other reviews but for me this cruise was great.

The embarkation procedure was busy and some of the staff were cranky but altogether it didn't take too long. We had balcony cabins on Deck 8. These were small but had enough room to move around and plenty of storage space. The bathroom was a good size with a screen door. The beds are really hard. Our cabin attendant, Omar, was really good and our cabins were always clean and restocked. Bring your own coffee, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash (if you don't like bar soap).

We booked all entertainment and about half of our dinners before we left so we had no problems. We had to confirm with the hospitality desk, once on board, as we had a party of 12. The staff were excellent and we had no problems. In fact, I did not come across any staff member who did not speak english well. All staff were very helpful.
