We were really looking forward to our cruise and also taking my parents (one with a disability). Getting there and onto the ship was smooth and well organised. The staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular with my father who needed assistance. Our cabins were a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Our first night was spoilt by some sort of hydraulic sound in our cabin, preventing us from sleeping for 3 nights. We were on deck 7 in cabin 7560. We had complained about it and on night 3 we had men in our cabin from 1-3am trying to sort the problem. Eventually it was sorted, but disappointing it took so long and that it happened. We also had a lot of noise from the centrum in our cabin as well.

The food in both the buffet (Windjammer) and the dining room was absolutely fantastic. They had a great variety and it was very clean The staff in the buffet were brilliant and were happy to get food for my father so he didn't have to try and move around. Our 2 waiters in the dining room (Eric and Florencio) were also superb. We couldn't speak more highly of them.

The activities were quite good and there seemed to be something for each age group and the shows were also pretty good. Getting on and off the ship for excursions were efficient if we docked, but the tenders were slow and tedious.

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E3

As stated in review, cabin was a little dated but clean and adequate. Just a shame we had severe noise issues, which took time to fix. Noise from the centrum was ongoing.
