My wife and I wanted to visit Russia and we thought this would be a good way to see the country. We had no idea what a great decision we had made. From the time we landed in Moscow to the time we left to the extended trip to Helsinki, we never touched our luggage. The service we received was exceptional. The food was fantastic. Our expectations were exceeded only by the restaurant service staff. Service to our cabin was absolutely perfect. The first day on board we found to large bottles of water in our cabin. We emptied the bottles before the evening. From that point forward on the second day we received two bottles in the morning and two in the evening without requesting anything from staff. Everyone paid attention to all our needs without being asked. Ports and shore excursions were unbelievable. We learned so much history from our leaders and they were exceptional in their knowledge of the country. We made a number of cruise friends that we plan to stay in touch with.
