The cruise was interesting and thought we would get to see many cities in a short period of time. We loved the excursions and the buses provided were top notch along with the tour guides. The food was served hot and enjoyed the sampling of different foods for each city we visited. The entertainment was fun!! Just enough to give you the flavor of where we were and the entertainers were great. Shopping in Strausborg was really nice (bought a coat and scarf) much to do in that city. The Black Forest was breathtaking and the ride up the mountain was truly beautiful. The Black Forest cake was a real treat - so was the gift shop (of course I bought a trinket). I would have to rate this trip a 10 because the staff was very accommodating, along with the waiters. Actually, the waiters made our dining experience fun and enjoyed all of our meals. The cruise director was outstanding and made our days and nights fun and informative. I would recommend this cruise to anyone and my husband and I will be taking another cruise with Viking in the next 2 years.
