Sail Date: Jan 2017
Cabin: Grand Suite with Balcony

We are Diamond and stayed in a Grand Suite (9654) the room was disgusting even after bringing to the attention of the room attendant. Discussed the matter with housekeeping manager and nothing changed. There are 7 lights in the bathroom 3 of which were out. Mirrors were all smudged, chips and crumbs in between sofa cyshions. Bathroom fixtures were dull and dirty. The excursion in Falmouth Jamaica was dangerous and should have been cancelled, the wind and swells made it very difficult to board we were ordered off the catamaran at the beach to walk through the swells to Redstripe beach. The beach is filthy, where they take you is near a resort but we were relegated to the ugliest filthiest part. The saving grace was the Coastal kitchen and even there it isn't what it used to be. Oasis of the Seas is too big and impersonal. We will be exploring Norwegian (Haven) which I've heard is service oriented.

Cabin Review

Grand Suite with Balcony

Cabin GS

Disgusting, dated furniture. It appears that Royal has average room attendants maintaining Grand Suites which is unacceptable because the price is not commensurate with service
