We were disappointed with this cruise. Previous cruises were spectacular, and this one did not measure up. Speaking with the crew staff working in the halls was enlightening. We were told their contracts were for 7 days per week 10-14 hour shifts. For eight months. I felt so selfish being on vacation when these people were exhausted and trying so hard to function. The room design is ridiculously small! I am a petite woman, but whenever turning around in the toilet area, bashed my elbows or head on the walls. The shower was OK, but the toilet room was very tight for my 130 pound body. I shudder to think how complicated it would be for a larger person to visit the toilet. We were anticipating the wondrous snorkel opportunities in Cozumel and Bahamas. Unfortunately after waiting 1.5 hours for the boat to take us out to the sunken ship/snorkel site, were told the boat could not be repaired and they cancelled the trip. There was not time to seek another venue for snorkeling.

Food and drink were above wonderful. Entertainment- Burn the Floor was superb. Communication was awful, once we were carefully instructed to report back to the bus at 2 pm for transport back to ship. We arrived at the appointed bus place at 1:45 and found the bus had already left without us and another couple. The Excursion staff from Norweigian suggested to my husband that we could get a cab back to the ship. He was not happy.

Very poor design. Toilet room was sized to accommodate a small child. Storage was confusing, lighting was confusing, orientation to room was poor. Bed was very small, I am 5 foot 2, and my feet hung off the bed. When walking around the room, one person had to sit on the bed for the other one to get by.
