A large group of friends had booked and we wanted to try Norwegian, we were of the understanding is was much better than the other line we have cruised on many times. The ship is made up of some tight spaces narrow hallways and hard to get from one place to another. Staff was friendly food was better than the other line. Some of the entertainment was very short we went to a trivia that lasted about 15 minutes it took longer to find it than play. (10 questions). The decor of the ship was very nice the stateroom was our problem.

We thought we booked an ocean view we actually had a partial ocean view never complained just rolled with that. The first day our toilet had a problem flushing we called to have it fixed and it was fixed until the next time it would not flush this happened each day. The plumber would say it's fixed now, it got to the point I would just say until after while. What makes me upset is the problem happened everyday including the day we got off the ship. I'm sure someone is in this stateroom as I writing this review and I'm sure the couple in this room the week before me had the problem. Norwegian should have never put us in the room knowing there was a problem and the problem was never resolved during our stay. Customer Services did send some chocolate to our room I'm guessing this was to make us feel better about a ship that In essence has a porta potty in room 8068. I'm glad my wife and I have been married 23 years could you image this on a honeymoon?
