We traveled with our parents for their 50th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the included shore excursions each morning and the guides were excellent as was the scenery. We also chose 3 optional tours and they were fantastic. The truffle farm, goat cheese farm and two wineries. We were unable to cruise to our stop in Macon but the ship made arrangements to bus us to the city and in between the tours, we enjoyed a lunch of local fare!

Every aspect of the ship and its crew were top notch. This includes the food!! The service was impeccable! Our waiter at all of the meals on the ship (Sasha) could not have made our time on the boat more special. The entertainment was fun and the onboard activities were perfect. The embarkation and disembarkation flowed smoothly.

I have been a few ocean cruises but this was my first river cruise(and my husbands FIRST cruise!)
