Sail Date: Jan 2017
Cabin: AquaClass 1

We have been wanting to try Celebrity since they introduced the Aqua Class category, but because we were platinum with another, less expensive line, we were reluctant to 'make the jump.' Well, the stars aligned with pricing, schedule and itinerary and we were able to do it on the Jan 14 Reflection.

Originally, we had wanted Eastern Caribbean vs Western. We have done both before, but the Eastern sold out, so we took Western. We figured this wouldn't matter since we didn't plan to do much ashore anyway as we had already been there, done that on both itineraries.

Embarkation went well. It was crowded in Miami but went pretty smoothly. We got a little priority because of AquaClass but no specialty check in lounge or things I've had in other ports. No biggie, we were on the ship in no time, stored our bags and set out to explore and have a drink.

Labadee

We weren't going to get off here, but glad we did.. The excursions were too expensive, but next time we might do Labadee as our beach break. Lots of fun activities, bars, food, etc.. all with your cruise account!
