Embarking was an unpleasant experience. With priority boarding I expected more of a flare. We were directed to a roped off area where snacks were set out but there was inadequate seating. Not what I would have called special at all.

We stayed in a penthouse suite with butler service. We met the butler for a brief moment when he came to greet us at the same time as the mandatory safety meeting. We told him we had questions and would need an iron. I understood that he would return. Which he did the night before we disembarked to check on our luggage needs. Disappointing but did not ruin our experience. Our room steward Parmen was fabulous and more than made up for the missing butler. Read more
