We were on the xmas cruise departing Sydney to New Zealand.Dissapointed.It was our 3rd cruise .In the dining room chic we had to send back glasses on the table as they had marks on them and they were not cleaned. The vintage bar had a variety of wine but you could not buy it from the wine display as it didn't work as nobody knew how to fix it.We had embarked off shore down a ramp from deck 5.Going down was o'kay but coming back up the ramp in the rain we struggled as other people did.Nobody to help you except a passenger came and helped my wife and then came back for my friend and myself. No xmas spirit.Such a shame.A lot of passengers played cards most of the time. The meals were repitition and having to pay for movies in your room was ridiculous at 12 dollars each when we havn't had to pay for on other cruises.I think smaller ships are better than the big ones.Unfortunately it is all about the money
